Energy starts at home
Our photovoltaic installation has 2,168 solar panels and 850.76 kWp of installed capacity. In 2025 it generated 675,345.2 kWh, covering approximately 41% of our total energy consumption.
People who make transformation possible
We closed 2025 with 389 employees. Training related to inclusion and safe working environments included 13 activities and 992 person-hours.

In 2025 Rymel obtained the Corantioquia Sustainability Seal, AAA category, for the first time.
We reported zero Scope 2 emissions through self-generation and certified renewable electricity purchases. Our total greenhouse gas inventory was 55,074.89 tCO₂eq, including Scope 1 and Scope 3 emissions. Zero Scope 2 emissions does not mean the company has zero emissions overall.
The work ahead
In 2025 we completed our first materiality analysis in line with GRI standards and defined indicators. Quantitative targets remained a task for 2026. Our 2026–2030 strategy connects environmental management, community, governance, innovation and talent.
