Rymel Sin Etiquetas: Developing Leaders and Teams for a More Inclusive Culture

At Rymel, we believe that building a sustainable organization also means strengthening our culture. That’s why, during the first half of the year, we’ve been developing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Training Plan , an initiative that is part of our Rymel Sin Etiquetas program.

This plan aims to provide tools at all levels of the organization to promote work environments based on respect, equity, inclusion, and the celebration of diversity, thereby strengthening our commitment to our people and to an organizational culture that creates value for all our stakeholders.

Training for Senior Management

The first program is designed for senior management and aims to strengthen leadership skills to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into strategic decision-making, recognizing their impact on business sustainability, risk management, regulatory compliance, corporate reputation, and value creation for the organization.

During this process, topics such as the following have been addressed: – Megatrends and sustainable leadership. – Human diversity and gender equity. – Reputational risk and regulatory compliance.

Inclusive Leadership for Managers and Department Heads

Leaders and department heads participate in a training program focused on strengthening inclusive leadership skills, promoting diversity management, recognizing unconscious biases, and building more equitable, productive, and sustainable teams.

Among the main topics covered are: – Inclusive leadership and diversity. – Unconscious bias and decision-making. – Inclusion in team management.
